- Regular guest lecturer for Marketing courses on new product development at The Wharton School MBA program, University of Pennsylvania (2005-2008)
- Regular seminar leader for the American Marketing Association’s “Marketing Research Bootcamp”, a 2-day introduction to research for marketers from all over the world (2006-2007)
- Teach similar “Marketing Research 101” course for Johnson & Johnson Division (2007)
- Teach “Marketing Fundamentals” course for Johnson & Johnson’s Marketing Excellence program in Europe, for product management and sales personnel from all over Europe (2008)
- Speaker at marketing and research conferences and seminars for organizations including the American Marketing Association, Marketing Research Association, American Telemarketing Association, Public Relations Society of America, and Direct Marketing Association (throughout career)
- Regular contributing marketing columnist for the Cincinnati Business Courier. Articles on marketing and research. Have also been published in the Greater Cincinnati Business Record, CinciAMA magazine, Journal of the Marketing Research Association, and Teleprofessional (throughout career)
